(“His Word”) is a company registered in the Philippines (SEC registration no. 2022080063792-00), providing outsourced call centre services, digital solutions, and data management services, with offices in Angeles City, Pampanga and Clark Freeport Zone, Philippines, and a registered address in London, United Kingdom.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by, anyone else.

3. Amendments

We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time. We may, but are not obliged to, notify you electronically of such changes in advance. It is your responsibility to periodically review this page. Continued use of our website or services after a change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, we (or our licensors) own the intellectual property rights in the content published on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the His Word name and branding. Ownership of work product created specifically for a client under a signed service agreement is addressed in that agreement.

5. Our Services

Descriptions of our services on this website are provided for general informational purposes. Specific engagements with clients are governed by a separate signed service agreement, which takes precedence over anything stated on this website in the event of a conflict.

6. Non-Solicitation

Clients agree not to directly solicit or recruit His Word personnel assigned to their account outside the terms of their service agreement, for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward, as specified in that agreement.

7. No Warranty

Our website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, His Word will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Clients agree to indemnify His Word against claims or damages arising from the client’s misuse of our services or breach of a signed service agreement.

9. Refunds

Fees for services are handled according to our Refund Policy and the terms confirmed in your service agreement.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, unless a separate signed client service agreement specifies otherwise. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties before other proceedings are pursued.
