About the role

You'll plan and run digital marketing for our client accounts across social, email, search, and paid channels – creating and scheduling content, managing campaigns, and turning performance data into practical recommendations. We hire for this team at assistant, specialist, and manager level, so tell us where your experience fits.

What you'll do

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns aligned with each client's business and marketing goals
  • Create, schedule, and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, email, and websites
  • Maintain content calendars and coordinate creative assets, copy, approvals, and publishing deadlines
  • Build and send email campaigns in the client's CRM, manage lists and segmentation, and set up nurture and automation workflows
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, formats, targeting, and send times
  • Manage paid campaigns on Google and Meta, including budgets, audience targeting, and ROI
  • Support SEO, website content updates, and conversion optimisation
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement while keeping the approved brand voice
  • Track traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions, and prepare regular performance reports
  • Research competitors and trends, and recommend new tools and best practices
  • At manager level: set digital strategy, lead multiple client accounts, and coordinate designers, copywriters, and developers

What we're looking for

  • 2–3+ years in digital, social media, or email marketing (manager level: 3+ years, with at least 1 year supervising or leading campaigns)
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong copywriting and editing
  • Familiarity with social, email, scheduling, and CRM-based email tools
  • Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and conversion principles
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or Search Console is a plus
  • Basic design skills in Canva, Adobe Express, or similar
  • Able to read campaign data and turn it into clear recommendations
  • Creative, organised, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

Working setup

Onsite at our Angeles City or Clark office, on a shift aligned with the client (AU, UK, or US). Some US accounts follow US holidays.
