About the role

You'll build and look after websites for our clients and a web agency partner – turning designs into fast, responsive, SEO-friendly sites (mostly WordPress and Elementor Pro) and keeping a portfolio of 40–50 live client sites secure, updated, and running well.

What you'll do

  • Build responsive, SEO-friendly WordPress sites with Elementor Pro, with clean information architecture and navigation
  • Translate designs from Figma, XD, or Canva into clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Integrate plugins, forms, payments, analytics, CRM tools, and other site functions
  • Optimise speed, accessibility, UX, and Core Web Vitals
  • Run monthly core, theme, and plugin updates with backups and security (Wordfence)
  • Monitor uptime and fix plugin conflicts, CSS and responsiveness issues, and cross-browser bugs
  • Manage hosting (20i, cPanel, Plesk), domains, SSL, email redirects, staging, migrations, and restores
  • Use Git and deployment workflows, and document changes and fixes clearly
  • Give regular progress updates to the agency director and design team

What we're looking for

  • A proven portfolio of WordPress/Elementor Pro sites or web applications
  • Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills and a good eye for design
  • WordPress theme and plugin expertise, plus knowledge of SEO and performance optimisation
  • Experience with hosting, backups, security plugins, and site migrations
  • Working knowledge of back-end languages (PHP, Node.js, or Python) and databases (MySQL) is a plus
  • Nice to have: WooCommerce, Git, Google Workspace, Monday.com, writing SOPs or Loom guides
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proactive, reliable, and a clear communicator when working independently

Working setup

Full-time and onsite at our Angeles City or Clark office, working US Eastern Time business hours. Includes paid training and 13th-month pay.
