About the role

You'll build and maintain client CRMs – pipelines, workflows, forms, calendars, and integrations – so leads are captured, followed up, and reported on automatically.

What you'll do

  • Build pipelines, workflows, automations, forms, and calendars in GoHighLevel and Keap
  • Set up email/SMS campaigns, tagging, and segmentation
  • Connect integrations (websites, Zapier/Make, calendars, phone systems)
  • Audit and fix broken automations and document setups for clients
  • Train client teams and internal staff on CRM use

What we're looking for

  • 1+ year building in GoHighLevel, Keap, HubSpot, or similar
  • Logical, process-minded, and thorough
  • Clear written English for documentation
  • Basic HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga

Working setup

Onsite at our Clark office, on a shift aligned with our clients (AU, UK or US) where the role requires it.
