About the role

You'll keep our clients' books accurate and current – recording transactions, reconciling accounts, running payables and receivables, and preparing the reports their accountants and owners rely on. We hire bookkeepers and finance specialists for Australian, UK, and US clients, working in Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB.

What you'll do

  • Record daily transactions and maintain the general ledger in Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB
  • Enter and reconcile supplier invoices, bank, credit card, and payment-processor accounts
  • Process customer and creditor payments through online banking, and prepare creditor payment runs
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, debtor statements, and payment reminders
  • Assist with payroll and wage processing accurately and confidentially
  • Generate, read, and analyse accounting and financial reports, and flag discrepancies
  • Support BAS, VAT, and tax filings with the client's accountant
  • Support inventory-related bookkeeping for high-volume operations
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams on invoice and payment questions
  • Keep organised, audit-ready records

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Hands-on experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB
  • Strong understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and payroll processing
  • Strong Excel skills
  • High accuracy, strict confidentiality, and the ability to work independently
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Inventory-heavy business or dealer management system experience (marine, automotive, boat or car dealers) is a plus
  • Accounting or finance degree preferred

Working setup

Onsite at our Clark office, on a shift aligned with the client (AU, UK, or US) where the role requires it.
