About the role

You'll handle leisure and corporate travel for established UK and international travel clients – taking enquiries, sourcing the best options on price and timing, booking and ticketing, and looking after travellers and suppliers from quote to confirmation. This role is also known as Travel Consultant or Business Travel Consultant.

What you'll do

  • Handle client travel enquiries by phone and email promptly and professionally
  • Confirm each client's requirements: destinations, dates, length of stay, transit times, and budget
  • Source, compare, and propose flights, hotels, transfers, and tours on price and timing
  • Create and send quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations
  • Book and ticket domestic and international travel via GDS or supplier portals
  • Collect deposits before booking and explain cancellation policies, key dates, and penalties
  • Manage changes, cancellations, refunds, and travel documents
  • Resolve client and supplier queries while keeping service standards high
  • Keep client, venue, and booking records accurate and cleanse out-of-date data
  • Support invoicing, billing, and filing, and liaise with the sales team on accounts
  • Join familiarisation trips and training to deepen product knowledge

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, Management, or a related course
  • 1–2 years of experience in travel ticketing and booking (travel agency or airline)
  • Domestic and international ticketing and reservations experience
  • GDS experience such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo (Amadeus is an advantage)
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a customer-focused approach
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and calm under deadline pressure
  • Highly trainable and a good team player
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Working setup

Full-time and onsite at our Angeles City or Clark office, on shifting schedules aligned with client coverage. Includes paid training, and transportation service for some accounts.
