About the role

You'll open doors and close deals for our clients – cold calling B2B prospects, qualifying and nurturing leads, presenting their services clearly, and keeping every opportunity moving in the CRM. This role covers sales development (cold calling and lead generation) through to sales executive work (presenting, negotiating, and closing).

What you'll do

  • Make B2B cold calls and use email, social, and other approved channels to generate new leads in target sectors
  • Qualify leads by understanding needs, priorities, budget, and decision timelines
  • Nurture warm prospects from the client's database and source new leads as needed
  • Present products and services, handle objections, and give accurate pricing and service information
  • Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and contracts to new and existing clients
  • Negotiate terms and close deals against agreed sales and revenue targets
  • Schedule demos, discovery calls, and appointments for qualified opportunities
  • Keep lead, activity, and pipeline records accurate in the CRM
  • Provide back-office support such as data entry, record-keeping, and document management
  • Give post-sales support and hand clients over smoothly to customer service and operations
  • Research markets and competitors, and share feedback with the client's team

What we're looking for

  • Experience in cold calling, sales, business development, appointment setting, or account management (2+ years for sales executive roles)
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a confident, professional phone manner
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in CRM systems and managing prospect databases
  • Goal-oriented, organised, and consistent with follow-through
  • Energy, utilities, or waste-management sector experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Working setup

Full-time and onsite at our Angeles City or Clark office, on the client's shift – London business hours (GMT/BST) or a US night shift. Includes paid training, 13th-month pay, overtime pay, and transportation service on eligible shifts.

  • Growth – structured onboarding and real client work from day one, with managers you can actually reach.
  • Balance – flexible arrangements built around real life, with clear expectations.
  • Culture – a collaborative, growth-minded team built on Christian values.
