1
Where the story starts

Selling a product is one thing. Selling someone their own brand is another.

This company does not sell supplements to consumers. It sells the chance to become a supplement brand. Through its platform of private-label formulas, an entrepreneur with an idea and an audience can build, label and launch a product line of their own, without having to build a manufacturing operation of their own.

That is an exciting thing to offer, and it comes with a particular kind of customer. A first-time founder does not arrive with an order. They arrive with questions. How does the platform work? Which formulas fit the brand they have in mind? What happens after they choose one? What does it take to get from an idea to a product with their name on it?

Every one of those questions is a person deciding whether to trust the company with their ambition.

2
The turning point

When interest grows faster than the answers

As interest in the platform grew, so did the volume of enquiries, and with it a problem that traditional customer service is not built to solve. Answering a question is not the same as winning a customer. A prospect who gets a correct but flat reply still has their doubts. A prospect who gets no reply at all takes their idea somewhere else.

The company needed a team that could do more than respond. It needed people who could explain the product and the platform with confidence, guide a prospect through building their brand, address the concerns that stall a decision, and turn genuine interest into a purchase, all while keeping up with demand that kept climbing.

The enquiries were already there. What was missing was a team that could carry each one through to a decision.

What His Word brought

Support agents who know the product and the sales process

His Word provided a dedicated team of support agents in the Philippines, trained on the client’s products, systems and processes. The training was the point: an agent who understands the formulas, the platform and the steps of a launch can give knowledgeable support, and knowledgeable support is what lets a nervous first-time founder say yes.

The team was set up to work both sides of the conversation: the support side that answers and reassures, and the sales side that follows up, handles objections and helps a prospect see the option that fits them.

What the team handles

4
The new normal

An enquiry comes in. A brand goes out.

Today an everyday enquiry follows a different path. It is answered by someone who knows the product. The prospect’s questions are met, their concerns are addressed, and if they go quiet, someone follows up. Where a question used to end the conversation, it now opens one, and the agent guides the prospect from curiosity to confidence to purchase.

The client’s own team, meanwhile, is where founders need them most: on the product and on growing the business. His Word manages the day-to-day support and keeps the sales journey moving, so the company’s attention goes to what only it can do.
