About the role

You'll lead a team of appointment setters – coaching, running QA, owning daily targets, and reporting results to clients and management.

What you'll do

  • Coach and support a team of appointment setters day to day
  • Run call QA and give structured feedback
  • Own team dial, contact, and booking targets
  • Report performance to clients and management
  • Onboard and train new setters

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in appointment setting or outbound sales, with 1+ year leading a team
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Confident with CRM reporting (GoHighLevel preferred)
  • Calm, fair, and results-focused
  • Willing to work AU, UK, or US shifts onsite in Clark
